Definition of Voluntary. Executive’s departure from the Company shall be designated “Voluntary” (and without Good Reason) if none of the circumstances listed in Section 6(a) or Section 6(d) are present, provided that Executive provides the Company written notice of Executive’s decision to terminate Executive’s employment ninety (90) days in advance of the date of such termination.
