Definitional Provisions. (a) For purposes of this First Indenture Amendment, (i) the term “Indenture” means the Original Indenture as amended by this First Indenture Amendment and (ii) the term “Participation Agreement” means the Original Participation Agreement as amended by the First PA Amendment.
