Definitions Act(s of God means an occurrence due to natural causes, directly and exclusively without human intervention and which could not have been foreseen or if foreseen, could not have been resisted by any amount of human care or skill. Construction and erection period means a period during which construction and erection work is carried out pursuant to the provisions of the insured contract(s). Defects liability period means a period during which the insured contractor(s) comply with their obligations to complete outstanding work and remedy defects pursuant to the provisions of the insured contract(s).   • HEALTH AND SAFETY 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.
