Expediting Expenses. If there is a Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment of Insured Equipment, we shall pay the reasonable extra cost to:
(i) make temporary repairs;
(ii) expedite permanent repairs; or
(iii) expedite permanent replacement; of the Insured Equipment or other Insured Property which is directly damaged by the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment.
Expediting Expenses. With respect to “your” “covered home equipment” that is damaged as the result of a “home system breakdown,” “we” will pay the reasonable extra cost to:
i) make temporary repairs; and
ii) expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement.
Expediting Expenses. With respect to “your” “covered service line” that is damaged as the result of a “service line failure,” “we” will pay the reasonable extra cost to:
a. make temporary repairs; and
b. expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement.
Expediting Expenses. Costs and expenses incurred in connection with or incidental to expediting the commencement, carrying out or completion of the repair, reinstatement or replacement of the Insured Property consequent upon Damage. Such costs and expenses shall include but not be limited to:
(i) express or chartered carriage or delivery (including by sea or air);
(ii) travel (including by sea or air) of the Insured's employees, agents, sub-contractors, consultants or representatives;
(iii) overtime or penalty rates of wages and other related allowances and payments;
(iv) hire of additional labour, plant, equipment, materials, expertise or services;
(v) reasonable and necessary changes in the method of construction, the cost of earlier than usual delivery or manufacture and/or costs of purchasing resources;
(vi) accommodation and boarding costs (including meals and other costs associated therewith);
(vii) additional administrative and/or overhead expenses.
Expediting Expenses. In the event of physical loss or damage insured hereunder, it is understood and agreed that coverage under this “Memorandum” includes the reasonable extra cost of temporary repair and of expediting the repair of “Your” damaged property, including overtime and the extra costs of express or other rapid means of transportation.

Expediting Expenses. With respect to “your” damaged covered property, “we” pay up to the applicable “limit” of the damaged property for the reasonable extra cost to:
a. make temporary repairs; and
b. expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement.
Expediting Expenses. If there is a “Breakdown” of “Insured Equipment”, the Insurer shall pay the reasonable extra cost to:
(i) make temporary repairs;
(ii) expedite permanent repairs; or
(iii) expedite permanent replacement; of the “Insured Equipment” or other “Insured Property” which is directly damaged by the “Breakdown.
Expediting Expenses. With respect to your damaged Covered Property, we will pay the reasonable extra cost to:
a. Make temporary repairs; and
b. Expedite permanent repairs or permanent replacement. The most we will pay for loss or expense under this coverage is $25,000 unless otherwise shown in a Breakdown Coverage Modification Endorsement or Schedule.
