Definitions and Abbreviations. ACC means the Agency Consultative Committee, which is the peak group in each employer covered by this Agreement’s Agency Consultative Framework. CC means a Consultative Committee within the Agency Consultative Framework, other than the ACC. Commission means the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission. Continuous shift worker means as per the definition provided in the relevant award. Employer means the Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women and/or the Department of Youth Justice. Director-General means the Chief Executive of each employer covered by this Agreement.
