New Wage Rates. (1) Subject to more beneficial rates being applied in accordance with clauses re award rates and the wage mechanism, the minimum wage increases to apply are 2.5% per annum on the last agreement rates as contained in the State Government Entities Certified Agreement 2015 and will apply as follows: 1 September 2019 1 September 2020 1 September 2021 1 September 2022 (2) The salary schedules reflecting the rates payable at 1 September 2019 are set out in Appendix 3 of this Agreement. Salary schedules for rates payable for future years in light of clauses 2.11(6)-(16) will be published at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx/xxxx-0000-xxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx- schedules.
New Wage RatesWage increases shall apply to employees covered by this Agreement as follows: 1 September 2012 2.35% 1 September 2013 0.2% The salary schedules are set out in Appendix 1.
New Wage Rates. In recognition of the commitment of the parties as specified in clause 1.7 “Objectives of This Agreement”, the following wage increases shall be available to employees covered by this Agreement: 1 November 2018 2.5% 1 November 2019 2.5% 1 November 2021 2.5% 1 May 2022 2.5% The salary schedule is set out in Appendix 2. The Office of the Information Commissioner must consider the current Public Sector Wages Policy (PSWP) before applying each wage increase pursuant to subsection 2.1. Should PSWP be at a level greater than 2.5% per annum at the time of a scheduled wage increase, the greater percentage will apply to that wage increase.
New Wage Rates. In recognition of the commitment of the parties as specified in clause 1.8 9 “Objectives of This Agreement”, the following wage increases shall be available to employees covered by this Agreement: 1 September 2012 2.35% 1 September 2013 2.35% 1 September 2014 2.35% The parties to this Agreement recognise that remuneration received by employees in accordance with Ministerial Directive 16/09 shall be offset against any salary and salary-based allowance increases payable under this Agreement between 1 August 2009 and the date of certification of this Agreement. The salary schedules are set out in Appendix 3.

New Wage Rates. When a wage rate for a new job or new wage rate for a changed job is or should be installed, the employee or employees affected may, at any time within thirty (30) days (except where the parties otherwise mutually agree), file a complaint alleging that such new rate does not bear a fair relationship to other jobs in the school. Such complaint shall be negotiated. If the complaint is settled in mediation, the wages shall be effective as of the date when the employee was assigned to the new job.

Such grievance shall be submitted to Step 4 of the grievance procedure in this agreement. If the grievance is submitted to arbitration, the decision shall be effective as of the date when the employee was assigned to the new job.
