Definitions and Examination of CEU’s. A 5% salary stipend will be earned by an employee who completes and maintains current requirements for the SNA Certificate Program. All fees and costs are the responsibility of the employee. XXX’s must, in the opinion of the Agency, relate to the employee’s general area of employment, or be CEU’s earned to advance the employee’s educational plan goals.
