Full-Time Unit Members. Full-time unit members who are employed nine (9) or more consecutive calendar months in the school year shall be entitled to these benefits for the entire year, with the premium cost paid by the District.
Full-Time Unit Members. For the purpose of this article only, full-time unit members are defined as those unit members working thirty (30) or more hours per week. Unit members working less than twenty (20) hours per week shall be eligible to participate in District sponsored fringe benefits with full cost paid by the employee. Exceptions to this provision shall be in accordance with COBRA and other appropriate Federal mandates.
Full-Time Unit Members. The District shall pay the cost of medical, dental and vision premiums as outlined immediately below for those bargaining unit members working full time. In addition, the District shall pay the full cost of basic life insurance, long term health care insurance and long term disability insurance. Effective January 1, 2019 the District’s monthly contribution to medical benefits per enrolled full-time unit member shall be:
Full-Time Unit Members. 1.1.1 A full-time ten (10) month certificated unit member who must be absent himself/herself from his/her duties because of illness or injury is entitled to ten (10) days leave per year. Unit members whose contractual assignment is for more than ten (10) months shall be granted sick leave on the same basis—one (1) day per service month.
Full-Time Unit Members. 21.5.1.1 The District contribution for health benefits shall be $192 per year. In addition, the District shall provide for each unit member a supplement for fringe benefits equal to the cost of the insurance programs specified in 21.1, 21.2, 21.3, and 21.4 less $192. Such supplement shall be for purchase of District fringe benefit programs only.
Full-Time Unit Members. 8.1.1.1 Full-time unit members employed five (5) days per week shall be entitled to eleven (11) days paid leave for each school year (10 months) for purposes of personal illness or injury. Unit members who work more or less than a full school year shall be entitled to the pro rata equivalent amount of personal illness or injury leave, e.g., a unit member who works six (6) school months is entitled to six (6) days leave and a unit member who works eleven (11) school months is entitled to eleven (11) days of leave.

Full-Time Unit Members. Mandated trainings will be available during Opening Day. Unit Members shall complete their mandated training during Opening Day per 4.
Full-Time Unit Members. Full-time unit members may 7 voluntarily contribute from their accrued sick leave one (1) 8 day per call for contributions.
10 1.1.1.1 If there is a call for contributions and a full-time unit 11 member has no accrued sick leave to contribute at 12 the time of the call, a current member subject to 13 automatic renewal will be allowed to remain a 14 member, and a new member will be allowed to 15 respond affirmatively to the call for contributions.
Full-Time Unit Members. 1.1 A full-time unit member may be granted a leave without pay for not more than twenty (20) assigned duty days in any one-year period, subject to the discretion/approval of the Chancellor.
1.2 A full-time unit member may be granted leave without pay for any period of time up to one year upon recommendation of the Chancellor, and subject to the approval of the Board.
1.3 Unless otherwise indicated, leaves may be extended for up to two additional years upon approval of the Chancellor, and subject to the approval of the Board.
Full-Time Unit Members. Upon becoming eligible, a full-time unit member shall have the Agency contribution paid in full up to a maximum annual of $12,500.00 for members electing family coverage, $10,500.00 for members electing two-party coverage. The maximum annual Agency contribution for employee only coverage shall be $7,500.00. The parties agree that this “cap” on the maximum annual agency contribution shall become effective October 2, 2021 and continue until such time as the parties agree through the negotiations process to increase the “cap”. In the event that the total premium(s) exceeds the Agency contribution for a unit member electing the health and welfare coverage, a unit member desiring coverage shall, as a condition of receipt of the benefits, complete a payroll deduction form for the difference between the Agency contribution and the total premium cost. Eligible full-time unit members who provide written verification of other health insurance coverage may waive Agency-provided health benefits. An eligible full-time unit member may also waive dental and/or vision benefits. Employees who waive any of these benefits may have any unused balance of the maximum Agency annual contribution of $4,250 deposited into an approved tax-sheltered annuity (403b). This $4,250 cap shall remain in place through the duration of this agreement. The changes in the Article shall begin October 1, 2021.
