The purpose of this article is to establish a procedure for the settlement of any dispute involving the application, administration, interpretation or alleged violation of this Collective Agreement or of an existing practice of the Board. The 'complainant' shall be the teacher. 'Days' shall mean scheduled work days in the applicable school year calendar unless otherwise indicated.
