Degree Premium. Nurses with a BSN degree or BA in nursing shall be paid a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour and nurses with a MSN degree or MA in nursing shall be paid an additional premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for a total of $2.00 per hour.
