Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows:
1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day.
2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week.
3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek.
b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.
Overtime Premium. (a) Employees shall be entitled to payment of time and one-half (1-1/2X) the employee's basic straight time hourly rate for all authorized overtime work in excess of seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours in a tour of duty or in excess of the average full-time hours of work over the period scheduled by the Hospital. Such period for this purpose shall not exceed two (2) weeks. It is understood that no overtime will be paid where the time worked was a result of an exchange at shifts between employees. Overtime shall be distributed as equally as practical among those employees normally performing the type of work to be done on overtime. Notice of overtime work shall be given as soon as practically possible. It is understood and acknowledged that the Hospital has the right to require employees to perform reasonably authorized overtime work. Call-back shall not be considered as hours worked for purposes of this Article. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked.
(b) Overtime shifts will be offered on a rotating seniority basis (over a two (2) week pay period), first to full-time and then to part-time within the home department. The refusal of an overtime shift within the home department shall constitute time worked.

Overtime Premium. (a) All time worked in excess of the normal daily or bi- weekly hours shall be paid at the overtime rate of two times (2X) the Employee's regular rate of pay. While overtime is continuous with the Employee's regular shift and the Employee elects to leave the Facility/Agency for a meal break not to exceed two

Employees who report for work at the starting time of their scheduled shift, save and except employees who are scheduled for four (4) hours or less, not having previously been advised not to report, shall be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work or, if no work is available, shall be paid for at least four (4) hours time, at the employee's applicable straight time hourly rate of pay. Employees who are scheduled for four (4) hours or less will be guaranteed one-half of their scheduled hours. This provision shall not apply in the following circumstances:
Overtime Premium. Employees shall be paid at time and one-half (1½) their regular pay for the first four (4) hours of overtime in a shift and double time thereafter in that shift. Employees shall also be paid at double time their regular pay for all overtime hours worked in excess of twelve (12) hours in a two-week pay period. For the purpose of qualifying for the double time rate, actual hours worked shall be considered in the case of a call-back of less than four (4) consecutive hours. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked.
Overtime Premium. An employee assigned to a classification in the Professional Development Framework or Role Specific Advancement Model, will be paid an overtime premium of one half (1/2) the employee's rate of pay per hour and shift premium, if applicable, dependent upon the work schedule to which assigned, for the time paid as follows: Either
Overtime Premium. An overtime premium computed at one and one-half times the employee's hourly rate plus shift premium and/or lead person pay, if applicable, will be paid for time paid (1) in excess of eight (8) hours in a day or (2) in excess of forty (40) hours in a calendar week for which an overtime premium has not previously been earned.
Overtime Premium. The overtime rate shall be time and one-half the employee's regular straight-time hourly rate.
Overtime Premium. All employees are expected to work reasonable amounts of overtime upon request. Fire prevention employees shall be paid time and one-half the employee’s straight time hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of forty (40) in one work week and double time for all work performed on Sunday. Fire suppression employees shall be paid time and one-half the employee’s straight time hourly rate for all hours worked beyond the employee’s regularly scheduled duty day and for all hours worked on the employee’s regularly scheduled day off duty and for all hours worked in excess of 204 hours in one tour of duty. Sleep time of up to eight hours but not less than five hours within each duty day shall be excluded from compensable time.
