Delay in Delivery of More Than Twelve Months. If the revised delivery month is more than 12 months after the scheduled delivery month, either party may terminate the applicable purchase agreement with respect to such aircraft within 30 days of the notice. If either party does not terminate the applicable purchase agreement with respect to such aircraft, all terms and conditions of the applicable purchase agreement will remain in effect.
