Common use of Delay of Performance Clause in Contracts

Delay of Performance. Should performance of the Services begin after the time agreed upon herein, the ENTERTAINER/PERFORMER shall be subject to a reduction of the Compensation equal to % of the Compensation. In the event of a delayed performance, payment of the ENTERTAINER/PERFORMERS’ fee will be delayed by no more than five (5) business days in order to allow time to issue a new check.
