Delay of Publication; Redaction of Confidential Information. When JST deems it necessary, in its reasonable discretion, to protect JST’s Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Research Results, JST may request, and the Research Institute shall comply with such request, to: (i) delay the Publication for a period up to ninety (90) days from the originally intended date of the Publication; or (ii) redact or remove any Confidential Information of JST from such Publication.
