Landlord’s Space Planner takes more than seven (7) working days to meet with Tenant after receiving a written request for a meeting or takes more than seven (7) working days to prepare or revise the Plans after meeting with Tenant and receiving all information from Tenant required in order to do so, provided that this provision shall apply only if Tenant uses Landlord’s Space Planner (as described in ¶ 14 below below) to prepare the Plans; or
