Delayed Authorisations. Transactions performed using the Card may take a number of days to be processed and charged to the Cardholder account. If we gave an authorisation for the purchase or payment, the current balance may be greater than the available balance. Please consider this whenever reconciling the account statement and note we will only approve transactions against your available balance. If there is a delay in processing of authorised purchases or payments to a closed Cardholder Account we will regard this as a debit due and payable by you to us
