REPLACEMENT CARD. We may at our discretion issue a replacement Card upon such terms and conditions as we may deem fit, and we reserve the right to charge a replacement fee as set out in our pricing guide in respect of any lost or stolen Card. Such card replacement fee shall be debited to the Card Account and shall not be refundable for any reason whatsoever. You may be required to comply with such card activation, security and other procedures as may be prescribed by us from time to time to re-enrol the replacement Card for use in respect of any Digital Payment Service.

REPLACEMENT CARD. We will issue the Cardholder with a new Card and PIN where you or the Cardholder have submitted the prescribed form requesting a replacement Card.
REPLACEMENT CARD. The funds on your Card do not expire. An expiration date is provided for fraud prevention purposes, as well as it permits your Card to be used with certain Internet or mail or telephone orders. You will not be charged a replacement Card fee if you are ordering a replacement Card after your Card expires in order to access unused funds. If your Card still has unused funds on it after your Card expires, you may order a new Card by calling 000-000-0000. If your Card is lost or stolen, and you are calling for a replacement Card due to that purpose you may be charged a Lost/ Stolen Card Replacement Fee, as noted in the Fee Chart in Section 3 and further explained in Section 13 below. Please report any lost/stolen Cards immediately by calling 000-000-0000. Your funds will be temporarily unavailable until you contact us for a replacement card. A reissued Card may take 7-10 days to process.
REPLACEMENT CARD. We reserve the right to charge you $"Amount to replace card" to replace a card.
REPLACEMENT CARD. 10.1. During the validity period of the Card, subject to payment by the Cardholder of any replacement Card fee imposed by Merchantrade, a replacement Card shall be issued, at Merchantrade’s discretion, in the following circumstances:
(i) due to loss or theJ of the Card; or
(ii) due to faulty, damaged or defective Card arising from the Cardholder’s own negligence.
10.2. The balance from the blocked Card or defective Card Account will be transferred to the new Card Account accordingly upon activation of the replacement Card.

Xx the event the Cardholder does not wish to receive the replacement Card, his or her Card Account shall be terminated and the Card Account Balance shall be refunded to the Cardholder (less any applicable fees and charges) within fiJeen (15) Business Days from the date the request was made and received by Merchantrade.
REPLACEMENT CARD. 10.1 Subject to payment by the Cardholder of any replacement Prepaid Card fee imposed by MOSB, a replacement Prepaid Card shall be issued, at MOSB’s discretion, in the following circumstances:
(a) due to loss or theft of the Prepaid Card; or
(b) due to faulty, damaged or defective Prepaid Card arising from the Cardholder’s own negligence.
10.2 The balance from the blocked Prepaid Card or defective Prepaid Card Account will be transferred to the new Prepaid Card Account accordingly upon activation of the replacement Prepaid Card.
10.3 In the event the Cardholder does not wish to receive the replacement Prepaid Card, the associated Prepaid Card Account shall be terminated, and the Prepaid Card Account Balance shall be refunded to the Cardholder (less any applicable fees and charges) within Ten (10) Business Days from the date the request was made and received by MOSB.
REPLACEMENT CARD. A fee of $20.00 may be assessed for any replacement Debit Card you order.
