The 'Delayed or Interrupted Scaling Services' clause defines the procedures and responsibilities when scaling services are postponed or disrupted. Delayed or Interrupted Scaling Services. In the event Scaling services are delayed or inter- rupted, Contractor shall discontinue hauling. Contractor agrees that in the event such a delay or interruption occurs for reasons not caused by Contractor, its sole and exclusive remedy shall be: (a) Contract Term Adjustment and (b) Out-of-Pocket Expenses incurred as a direct result of the delay or interruption of Scaling services under this Item. Contractor further agrees that no logs will be presented for Scaling outside agreed upon Scaling services sched- ule.
