Delays during construction. If the Concessionaire does not achieve any of the Project Milestone or the Independent Monitor[s] shall have reasonably determined that the rate of progress of Construction Works is such that Project is not likely to be achieved by the Project Completion Date, it shall notify the Concessionaire to this effect, and the Concessionaire shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of such notice, by a communication inform the Independent Monitor[s] in reasonable detail about the steps it proposes to take to expedite progress and the period within which it shall achieve the Project Milestone or Project Completion Date as the case may be.

Delays during construction. 13.4.1 If the Concessionaire does not achieve any of the Project Milestone Milestones or the Independent Monitor[s] shall Construction Supervisorshall have reasonably determined that the rate of progress of Construction Works is such that the Project Milestone is not likely to be achieved by the Project Completion Dateachieved, it shall notify the Concessionaire to this effect, and the Concessionaire shall, within 15 (fifteen) days of such notice, by a communication inform the Independent Monitor[s] Construction Supervisor in reasonable detail about the steps it proposes to take to expedite progress and the period within which it shall achieve the Project Milestone or Scheduled Completion Date indicated in Project Completion Date as the case may beSchedule.
