DELAYS TO MILESTONES DUE TO AUTHORITY CAUSE. 8.1 Without prejudice to Paragraph 6.3 and subject to Paragraph 6.4, if the Operator would have been able to Achieve the Milestone by its Milestone Date but has failed to do so as a result of an Authority Cause the Operator will have the rights and relief set out in this Paragraph 8.
