Common use of Delegation of Tasks Clause in Contracts

Delegation of Tasks. In compliance with the provisions of the AIFMG and AIFMV, the AIFM may delegate some of its tasks to third par- ties for the purpose of the efficient performance of its business. The specifics of any such delegation will be set forth in an agreement concluded between the AIFM and the agent/representative.
