Deletion and Return of Customer Data. 10.1 Upon termination of this Agreement, the Processor shall, in the discretion of the Customer, a) either delete or return the Customer Data; and b) delete existing copies thereof unless the Processor is obligated by law to further store the Customer Data. 10.2 The Processor may keep documentations which serve as evidence of the orderly and accurate processing of Customer Data, also after the termination of this Agreement.
