Deletion of Customer Information. We reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete your voicemail, data, files, or other information that is stored on our or our service providers' servers or systems, without liability.

Tombigbee Communications and its service providers reserve the right both during the term of this Agreement and upon its termination to delete your voice-mail, data, files, or other Customer information that is stored on Tombigbee Communications’ or its Service Providers' servers or systems, in accordance with our storage policies. You understand and acknowledge that we shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of the loss or removal of any such voice- mail, data, files, or other Customer information.

Each party will promptly notify the other of any communication from a data subject or Privacy Authority regarding: (i) the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement; (ii) a party’s compliance with the terms of this Addendum; or (iii) a data subject’s exercise of any rights under Applicable Privacy Laws where such request requires the notified party to take any action. To the extent reasonably necessary given the nature of the party’s Processing, each party will use commercially reasonable technical and organizational means to assist the other party in the fulfilment of its obligations in relation to a data subject’s exercise of its rights under Applicable Privacy Laws, or in connection with any response to data subjects or Privacy Authorities.
