Common use of Deliverables and Derived Data Clause in Contracts

Deliverables and Derived Data. (a) Above Surveying retains ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the Deliverables and the Derived Data. Above Surveying grants Client a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Deliverables for its own internal business purposes.

Above Surveying grants will only make further use of Deliverables or Derived Data that relate specifically to Client a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Deliverables for its own internal business purposesin an anonymised or aggregated form such that Client cannot be identified.
