For Subscription Services, each Subscription. Service shall commence on its Subscription Start Date and shall (except as expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement) continue for its Subscription Initial Period. At the end of the Subscription Initial Period the Subscription Services shall automatically extend for further Subscription Renewal Periods unless either party gives written notice of at least the Subscription Notice Period (or 90 days if no Subscription Notice Period is specified) such notice to expire at the end of the Subscription Initial Period or then- current Subscription Renewal Period. Except as otherwise specified in the applicable Proposal, the renewal of Subscription Services will be at Above Surveying’s applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal.‌

  • Subscription Services We grant You a right to use the Genesys Cloud Service in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable product descriptions found in the Services Order.
