Deliverable Time Frame Financial Consequences QBRs are due 15 calendar days after the end of the quarter (January - March, April - June, July - September, and October - December). 7 The Contractor shall report accurate information in accordance with the PO and any applicable ATC. Monthly Implementation Reports are due five (5) calendar days after the end of the month. Monthly Training Reports are due five (5) calendar days after the end of the month. Financial consequences shall be assessed in the amount of $100 per calendar day, beginning on the first calendar day after any due date, until an accurate report is received. Monthly Service Reports are due five (5) calendar days after the end of the month. Ad hoc reports are due five (5) calendar days after the request by the Purchaser.
