DELIVERIES AND PICK UPS. It is the responsibility of the Lessee to make sure there is clear access to area where equipment is to be dropped and picked up. Any cost occurring from delays by obstructions or refusal causing rescheduling to the construction site will be borne by the Lessee.
DELIVERIES AND PICK UPS. All removals or deliveries of freight must take place during normal business or after hours and in the locations reasonably designated by Lessor from time to time. The moving of fixtures, furniture or other large objects must be made upon previous notice to the manager of the Project and under his supervision, and the persons employed by any tenant for such work must be acceptable to Lessor. Lessor reserves the right to prohibit or impose conditions upon the installation in the Premises of heavy objects which might overload the Project floors.
