Heavy Objects. Landlord shall have the power to prescribe the weight and position of safes and other heavy equipment or items, which in all cases shall not, in the opinion of Landlord, exceed acceptable floor loading and weight distribution requirements. All damage done to the Building by the installation or removal of any property of Tenant, or done by Xxxxxx’s property while in the Building, shall be repaired at the sole expense of Tenant.
Heavy Objects. Licensee shall not bring into or install in the Roof Premises any objects, including the Items contemplated hereunder, the weight of which, singularly or in the aggregate, would exceed the maximum safe load per square foot of the Roof Premises. Licensee shall engage and cause a licensed and qualified engineer to certify the same to Licensor before Licensee shall install, affix or place the Items upon the Roof Premises.
Heavy Objects. Licensee shall not bring into or install in the Garage Premises any objects, excluding the Generator contemplated hereunder, the weight of which, singularly or in the aggregate, would exceed the maximum safe load per square foot of the Garage Premises. Licensee shall engage and cause a licensed and qualified engineer to certify the same to Licensor before Licensee shall install, affix or place any items other than the Generator upon the Garage Premises.
Heavy Objects. The Tenant shall not bring upon or permit or cause to be brought upon the Development anything that might load any floor beyond its reasonable weight-carrying capacity. No safe or other heavy article that might damage any part of the Development shall be taken into or out of the Development without the Landlord’s prior written consent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), and the Landlord retains the right to reasonably prescribe the maximum permitted weight and the placement of same subject to the weight-carrying capacity of the applicable floor where such article will be placed and the Tenant’s intended use of such article. For the avoidance of doubt the Landlord’s consent was provided for any object, safe, or heavy article expressly set forth in the Tenant’s Plans and Specifications.
Heavy Objects. 3.15.1 Not to suspend or permit to be suspended any weight from the roof or ceilings or roof or ceiling members of the demised premises which is likely to cause damage to the demised premises nor to place or keep or permit to be placed or kept in the demised premises any heavy articles or machinery in such position or in such quantity or weight or otherwise in such manner howsoever as to exceed the load bearing capabilities of the floors or structure of the demised premises and not to do or cause to be done any act which would cause loadings upon or the stability of any neighbouring property or building to be adversely affected
3.15.2 Not to place or permit to be placed or permit to remain any goods parcels refuse or rubbish in or about the common parts staircase lifts corridor landings passages entrances forecourts service and car park areas or courtyards of or within the curtilage of the demised premises or otherwise obstruct or permit the obstruction of the same and not to convey or permit to be conveyed any goods or parcels in the passenger lifts of the demised premises which are likely to exceed their load bearing capabilities
Heavy Objects not place anything in the Premises which causes the Property's loading rates to be exceeded and the Lessee will not without the prior written consent of the Lessor bring into the Premises anything of such weight, nature or description that will impose on the Property any stress, shock, vibration or weight likely to damage, weaken or cause any movement or structural defect in the Property. All damage done to the Property or any fixture or fitting contained in the Property in taking in, moving or removing heavy things will be made good by the Lessee who or whose agent caused it. Before any safe or other heavy article is moved into, out of or within the Property at least 48 hours' notice in writing will be given to the Lessor and the moving of it will be done only under the supervision of a person approved by the Lessor at a time stipulated by the Lessor and at the cost in all things of the Lessee; and
Heavy Objects. The Landlord retains the right to prescribe the weight and proper position of exceptionally heavy articles; and all damage done to the building by bringing or keeping in or taking out any article shall be made good and paid for by the Tenant who causes any articles to be brought or kept in or taken out of the building. Heavy objects include but are not limited to pianos, etc. or any other object, which weighs in excess of 50 lbs. Per square foot of floor area occupied by said object. Written permission must be obtain from the Landlord prior to brining a heavy object into the building.
Heavy Objects. The lessee shall not bring any heavy object into the Building without the lessor’s prior written consent.
Heavy Objects. Prior to installing heavy objects, furniture or equipment in the Premises, Tenant shall confirm the capacity of the Premises to bear such loads and Tenant shall not exceed such capacity at any time. Installation of such heavy objects shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval. Upon expiration or termination of this Lease Tenant shall repair any damage to the Premises caused by any such heavy objects.
