Common use of Deliveries/Loading/Unloading Clause in Contracts

Deliveries/Loading/Unloading. All deliveries to the Premises and loading and unloading of goods shall be done only at the rear entrance(s) to the Premises, or as may be otherwise determined by Landlord from time to time.
