Common use of DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

DELIVERIES OR PERFORMANCE. 1. The research effort performed under this contract shall be conducted during the period from date of award through 31 March 2006. A final report will be prepared, submitted, reproduced and distributed by sixty days thereafter unless the contract is extended, in which case, the final report will be prepared in accordance with the terms of such extension.
