Delivery Locations a. b. Contractor’s personnel shall comply with all County requirements regarding the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE) while on site.
Delivery Locations. 29.1 The Framework Agreement will be available to Framework Public Bodies across Scotland. The Contractor(s) will be required to undertake deliveries throughout the whole of Scotland and must provide Framework Public Bodies with the same level and quality of service, irrespective of size or geographical location.
29.2 In response to COVID-19, there has been a requirement from some Framework Public Bodies for devices to be delivered to non-business locations. Where requested, Contractors must be able to arrange delivery to non-business locations and have in place robust processes to ensure devices are fully traceable and include proof of delivery by a nominated individual only.

Delivery Locations. Delivery locations are most likely and most often to be: – for non-Public Safety and non-VTrans purchases. However, the State reserves the right to require delivery at other reasonable locations and reasonable times, when required for State operating reasons. Additional Purchaser delivery locations, if applicable, will vary with the different specific Additional Purchasers.

Each ICPS and all other products which the Subcontractor is required to deliver under this Subcontract shall be packaged and shipped to the designated site(s) (inside delivery to the exact room location as specified in the ISI Task Order). Delivery locations are listed in section C.7.1 of this Subcontract. ISI reserves the right to install additional Integrated Card Production Systems at these sites or at other INS sites.
