Delivery Locations. The Contractor must allow Authorized Users to add or remove delivery locations at their discretion and shall adhere to the security requirements of any Authorized User’s delivery location(s). Authorized users will notify the Contractor in writing, via email, in order to add or delete any delivery location. Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with the opportunity to submit delivery instructions and security requirements, if any, upon the addition of any new location, to include new account set ups. Delivery instructions should include security requirements, driver instructions, and other special instructions for delivery. The Contractor shall notify the delivery personnel of the instructions prior to delivery. The Contractor may provide delivery service to unmanned locations through special setups, which should include dedicated carriers and drivers that have received additional training on making these types of deliveries. The Contractor shall verify delivery volumes through matching the invoiced volume on both the Xxxx of Lading and the Automatic Tank Gauge reports. If, during the course of delivery, the Authorized User’s property is damaged, the driver must immediately notify the Contractor. The Contractor must then notify the Authorized User and shall also dedicate a staff resource to review the incident. The Contractor shall provide a report of the incident and its resolution to OFMS.
