The 'Delivery and Dispensing' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for providing goods or services to the recipient. Delivery and Dispensing. Subject to, and in accordance with plan design, the vendor’s pharmacies will dispense new or refill prescription orders upon receipt from a Covered Individual of (i) a valid prescription order or a completed refill order form; and (ii) the applicable co-payment, Coinsurance or Deductible amount. The vendor’s pharmacies will fill and mail to each Covered Individual via common carrier at the address set forth in the Eligibility File, or as appearing on the face of the prescription, so long as such addresses are within the United States.

AdvancePCS shall dispense through its mail service pharmacy new or refill prescription orders upon receipt from a Participant of (i) a valid prescription order or a completed refill order form and (ii) the applicable payment. AdvancePCS shall cause the filled prescriptions to be mailed to each Participant via common carrier at the address appearing on the face of the prescription so long as such addresses are in the United States. AdvancePCS shall not be liable to Member County, Customer or Participant for any delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond AdvancePCS’ control as set forth in Section 6.2.

The CONTRACTOR’s Mail Order pharmacy will fill and mail to each PARTICIPANT via common carrier at the address set forth in the eligibility file, or as appearing on the face of the prescription, so long as such addresses are within the United States.

Serve You Rx Mail Order Pharmacy may dispense new or refill Covered Services orders upon receipt from an Eligible Member of (i) a valid prescription order or a completed refill order form or other acceptable method, and (ii) the applicable Copayment/Coinsurance, if any. Serve You Rx Mail Order Pharmacy shall cause the filled prescriptions to be mailed to each Eligible Member via common carrier at the address set forth in the Eligible Member Information, or on the order form or as provided by an Eligible Member. Serve You Rx Mail Order Pharmacy shall be responsible for shipping and mailing costs, except that additional costs incurred as a result of requests from an Eligible Member for special shipping and handling costs or express delivery shall be the sole responsibility of said Eligible Member. Serve You Rx may suspend Serve You Rx Mail Order Pharmacy services to an Eligible Member who is in default of any Copayment/Coinsurance amount due to Serve You Rx.
