Delivery and Installations. Bank shall deliver to Customer a Scanner and access to the Program. Bank agrees to further provide instruction and consultation to assist Customer in its initial installation of the Scanner and setup of the Program.

Delivery and Installations. For the preparation, implementation, and go-live of larger projects, you will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will see the project through from A to Z. For smaller projects, one of our senior engineers will take care of supervising the project. Working together with you, this person will make sure that the implementation goes smoothly and that the solution is technically adequate and aligned with your preferences and needs. He or she will see to it that all deadlines are respected, while also keeping a close eye on compliance with quality requirements.   • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Delivered and Installed Off loaded, and installed. Installation shall include but not limited to; any and all labor, material, and tools necessary to install furniture in accordance with approved plans and specifications and/or the direction of authorized agency personnel. The installation company will be responsible for the removal of any trash, packing material, and cartons associated with their installation. The contractor/installation company will repair/replace (to the satisfaction of the ordering entity) any damage to the building or its’ contents that they (the contractor) caused in the course of their work. This includes but is not limited to: walls, floors, floor coverings, ceilings, elevators, doors, doorways, and any existing fixtures and furniture. The agency may withhold payment until repairs are satisfactorily completed.

  • Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.

  • Installations 2.1. This test shall be conducted with either the complete REESS or with a related REESS subsystem(s) including the cells and their electrical connections. If the manufacturer chooses to test with related subsystem(s), the manufacturer shall demonstrate that the test result can reasonably represent the performance of the complete REESS with respect to its safety performance under the same conditions. If the electronic management unit for the REESS is not integrated in the casing enclosing the cells, then the electronic management unit may be omitted from installation on the Tested-Device if so requested by the manufacturer.

  • Entry and Inspection Lessee shall permit Lessor or Lessor's agents to enter upon the premises at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice, for the purpose of inspecting the same, and will permit Lessor at any time within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this lease, to place upon the premises any usual "To Let" or "For Lease" signs, and permit persons desiring to lease the same to inspect the premises thereafter.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Licenses for Permanent Installation The contractor must comply with all State mandatory licensing requirements prior to installation. Questions on licensing requirements should be directed to the State Licensing Board. Contractor must furnish and install all furniture and materials in compliance with all applicable codes, whether local, state, or federal; and that all permits or licenses required for installation will be obtained without cost to the State.

  • Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:
