Common use of Delivery and Risk of Loss Clause in Contracts

Delivery and Risk of Loss. Contractor shall bear the full risk of loss due to total or partial destruction of the Software products loaded on CDs or other computer media, until such items are delivered to and accepted in writing by County as evidenced by County’s signature on delivery documents.
