Export Shipments. Export shipments will be made against the Buyer’s instructions, which must be complete at least five (5) working days prior to shipment date. Any required import/export license must be obtained by Buyer.

Export Shipments. Export shipments must comply with the handling, grade, size, quality, and labeling requirements set forth in this section.
Export Shipments. Many Goods that have been imported into Australia and the South West Pacific region cannot be exported to other countries. It is your responsibility to check with your freight forwarder to confirm foreign documentation requirements and verify that items to be exported will be released by customs at the final destination. KASWP is not responsible for providing this information or any documentation required to export goods purchased from KASWP or for re-importation to Australia or the South West Pacific region.
Export Shipments. All merchandise or equipment shall be delivered and packed in accordance with Schulmerich®’s standard domestic packing methods, unless export packing is expressly ordered, in which case special packing requirements must be specified. Schulmerich® does not assume responsibility for obtaining any export or import license or certificate, if required. Export shipment is subject to Schulmerich®’s ability to ship under the laws and/or regulations of the United States and other governments. Schulmerich® reserves the right to cancel any order, whether or not previously acknowledged, without liability, if at the time of the sale or shipment said shipment is subject to restrictions or prohibitions by any governmental agency or department of the United States or of any foreign country claiming jurisdiction over the shipment’s transit route or destination.

By using the Software, You are acknowledging and agreeing to the foregoing, and You are representing and warranting that You will comply with all of the European Union and the United States of America and other applicable country laws and regulations when either exporting or re-exporting or importing the Software or any underlying information technology. Further, You represent and warrant that You are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country subject to trade sanctions or a party listed in the U.S. Table of Denial Orders or U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or any similar lists published by the relevant national authorities.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Export Control This Agreement is made subject to any restrictions concerning the export of products or technical information from the United States or other countries that may be imposed on the Parties from time to time. Each Party agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any technical information acquired from the other Party under this Agreement or any products using such technical information to a location or in a manner that at the time of export requires an export license or other governmental approval, without first obtaining the written consent to do so from the appropriate agency or other governmental entity in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Export Compliance The Services, Content, other technology We make available, and derivatives thereof may be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions. Each party represents that it is not named on any U.S. government denied-party list. You shall not permit Users to access or use any Service or Content in a U.S.-embargoed country (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria) or in violation of any U.S. export law or regulation.

  • Shipment Dell will ship the APEX System to the Site when included as part of the APEX Service. The terms and process for shipment and delivery of the APEX System will be stated in the applicable Service Offering Description.
