DELIVERY AND USE OF THE CARD AND PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. 4.1 The person to whom the Card is issued (“Cardholder”) should sign on the reverse of the Card immediately upon receipt and should not permit any other person to use it and should at all times safeguard the Card and keep it under the Cardholder’s personal control.
