Common use of Delivery Change Requests Clause in Contracts

Delivery Change Requests. UPS may provide UPS My Choice Members access to Delivery Change Request services. Descriptions of Delivery Change Request services, including applicable fees and discounts (if any), available to You can be found in Your MC Terms. UPS My Choice Member fees for Delivery Change Request services will only apply when the Delivery Change Request is submitted through your UPS My Choice Member account at XXX.xxx and the Delivery Change Request service is performed during Your valid UPS My Choice Membership. If any Delivery Change Request requires a transfer or delivery of the shipment beyond the original delivery area for the original consignee address (the delivery address originally specified by the shipper) or a service level higher than the level selected by the shipper, additional transportation charges (including applicable surcharges) shall also apply as set forth in the MC Terms. The transportation charges (if any) will be calculated at the applicable rate between the original recipient address and the rerouted address in an amount indicated in connection with Your request. Due to the nature of Delivery Change Requests, original time of delivery guarantees and the UPS Service Guarantee/Money Back Guarantee (to the extent made available by the applicable MC Entity in Your location or country/territory of residence) shall not apply to shipments subject to Delivery Change Request services. The applicable fee as a UPS My Choice Member for a Delivery Change Request will appear on Your invoice, but a different fee may be displayed when submitting a Delivery Change Request.
