Delivery Clearance. The State shall provide the Contractor with a point of contact for each location defined in Section 1.2.5. For deliveries to TDOT β Headquarters (Section 1.2.5.a), the Contractor shall contact the point of contact for delivery clearance at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. The point of contact will check the availability of the loading dock and provide instructions for which loading dock or entrance to utilize.
