Delivery, Incoming Inspection. SUPPLIER shall supply PRODUCTS in suitable and safe means of transport according to BOSCH prescribed delivery and packaging specifications, in order to avoid damage, loss, and deterioration of quality, e.-g. contamination, corrosion, chemical reactions, loss of data. BOSCH’s incoming inspection is limited to externally apparent shipping damages and confirmation of quantity and identity of PRODUCTS, at least according to the shipping documents. Any defect identified at this stage shall be reported immediately. BOSCH shall notify SUPPLIER of any defect not identified at this stage as soon as it is detected in the ordinary course of business. SUPPLIER hereby waives its right to reject delayed notification of deficiency. SUPPLIER adapts its quality management system and its quality assurance measures to this reduced incoming inspection procedure at BOSCH.
