Vehicle Inspection. All State agencies must have a formal vehicle inspection program for State vehicles to assure that vehicles are clean, properly equipped, maintained, and in good repair. Each program must provide:
Vehicle Inspection. All state vehicles which are operated by employees shall be inspected annually by the Agency. The State shall maintain a program to certify qualified inspectors who shall make a comprehensive inspection. Any deficiencies revealed by such inspection shall be promptly corrected by the Agency.
Vehicle Inspection. At the end of this lease (whether at the End Date or where you wish to end your lease early) we will arrange for a vehicle inspection report to be done (at your cost) so that we can see if the Vehicle:

Vehicle Inspection. Unless otherwise instructed by the Authorized User, all Complete Vehicles must be delivered with complete NYS Inspections. In the event that a Complete Vehicle is delivered uninspected, $250 shall be deducted from the invoice by the Authorized User to cover the cost of the inspection and to compensate for time. The Authorized User reserves the right to cancel a Mini-Bid award and/or take other action if Complete Vehicles are not properly inspected or if the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles inspection sticker is not properly affixed to a Complete Vehicle.
Vehicle Inspection. Vehicles that fail the inspection or fail to comply with applicable laws such as exceeding gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) for the capacity offered, dyed diesel fuel etc. shall be rejected. Equipment may be re-inspected after repairs or other reasons for the failed inspection are rectified. Contractors may not attempt to find another federal or state agency to inspect failed equipment without discussing the circumstances with the affected hiring agency (see Attachment M - Vehicle/ Heavy Equipment Safety Inspection Checklist [OF-296]). If the resource does not pass inspection at the incident or designated inspection point, it is considered non-compliant. The Contractor may be given 24 hours or a timeframe designated by Government representatives to bring the resource into compliance. If the resource does not pass inspection, no payment will be made for travel to the incident or point of inspection or return to the point of hire, or for the time that the resource was not available. Upon rejection, resource will be removed from the geographic resource list until such time that the resource is brought into compliance and re-inspected at the Government’s convenience. Repeated failures at the pre-use incident inspection may be grounds for cancellation of the agreement. The Contractor shall not have any claims or payments due for equipment rejected or for not meeting the specifications/requirements contained herein. If a reassignment is to occur, a post-use inspection by the sending incident as well as a pre-use inspection by the receiving incident must be completed and documented on the OF-296 pre/release inspection report.
Vehicle Inspection. Proposer shall work with the Participating Public Agency to arrange for inspection. Each vehicle delivered shall be subject to a complete inspection by the Participating Public Agency prior to acceptance. Inspection criteria shall include, but not be limited to, conformity to the specifications, mechanical integrity, quality, workmanship and materials. If delivered equipment is returned to the Proposer prior to acceptance for any reason, all corrections shall be made without any inconvenience to the Participating Public Agency.
Vehicle Inspection. RPTA shall comply with all vehicle inspection requirements and programs required by the Applicable Laws. RPTA shall pay all costs of such inspections and any maintenance or repairs required to comply with the inspections. RPTA shall provide copies of all inspection records to Tempe upon Tempe’s request and at the termination of this Agreement.
Vehicle Inspection. (a)The inspection of all vehicles for hire shall be performed by an ASE certified garage or mechanic bearing the insignia of the ASE certification emblem on the inspection report
