Delivery of a Payment Notice. The Sellers may request the Buyers to make a payment in respect of an Instalment by delivery to the Buyers of a duly completed Payment Notice not fewer than the number of days required in respect of such Instalment or any other period as may be agreed by the Sellers and the Buyers.
