Delivery of Assignment. On or prior to the Addition Date, (i) the Transferor has delivered to the Trust the Assignment and (ii) the Transferor has indicated in its computer files that the Receivables created in connection with the Additional Accounts have been transferred to the Trust and (iii) shall deliver to the Trust a computer file containing a true and complete list of all Additional Accounts identified by account number and the aggregate amount of the Receivables in such Additional Accounts as of the related Addition Cut Off Date, which computer file or microfiche list shall be as of the date of such Assignment, incorporated into and made a part of such Assignment and the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.

On or prior to the Addition Date, (i) the Trust has delivered to the Collateral Agent the Assignment (including an acceptance by the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Asset Pool One Noteholders, the Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity and the Collateral Agent, in its individual capacity), (ii) the Trust has indicated in its computer files that the Receivables created in connection with the Additional Accounts have been transferred to the Collateral Agent and (iii) the Trust shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a computer file containing a true and complete list of all Additional Accounts identified by account number and the aggregate amount of the Receivables in such Additional Accounts as of the related Addition Cut Off Date, which computer file shall be as of the date of such Assignment, incorporated into and made a part of such Assignment and the Asset Pool One Supplement.
Delivery of Assignment. The Seller shall have delivered an Assignment substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.

Within five Business Days after the Addition Date, the Trust shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a true and complete list (in the form of a computer file, microfiche list, CD-ROM or such other form as is agreed upon between the Transferor and the Collateral Agent) of all Additional Accounts, identified by account number and the aggregate amount of the Receivables in each Additional Account as of the Addition Cut-Off Date, which list shall, as of the Addition Date, modify and amend and be incorporated into and made a part of the Assignment and the Asset Pool One Supplement.

Within five Business Days after the Addition Date, the Trust shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a true and complete list (in the form of a computer file, microfiche list, CD-ROM or such other form as is agreed upon between the Transferor and the Collateral Agent) of all Additional Accounts, identified by account number and the aggregate amount of the Receivables in each Additional Account as of the Addition Cut-Off Date, which list shall, as of the Addition Date, modify and amend and be incorporated into and made a part of the Assignment and the Asset Pool One Supplement. Initially capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined are used as defined in the Asset Pool One Supplement.

On or before the Addition Date, with respect to the Additional Asset Pool One Collateral Certificate, the Trust has delivered to the Collateral Agent the Assignment (including an acceptance by the Collateral Agent for the benefit and security of the Asset Pool One Noteholders, the Indenture Trustee, in its individual capacity and the Collateral Agent, in its individual capacity).

On or prior to the Addition Date, (i) the Transferor has delivered to the Trust the Assignment, and (ii) the Transferor has generally indicated, or caused to be generally indicated, in the relevant computer files that the Receivables created in connection with the Additional Accounts have been transferred to the Issuing Entity. The Transferor shall deliver to, or cause to be delivered to, the Collateral Agent, as designee, on behalf of the Issuing Entity, an accurate list, based on the computer records of, or kept on behalf of, the Transferor (in the form of a computer file, microfiche list, CD-ROM or such other form as is agreed upon between the Transferor and the Collateral Agent) of the Additional Accounts, identified by account reference number and the aggregate amount of the Receivables in each Additional Account as of the Addition Cut-Off Date, which list shall, as of the Addition Date, modify and amend and be incorporated into and made a part of the Assignment and the Transfer and Servicing Agreement;
Delivery of Assignment. The Depositor shall have delivered an Assignment substantially in the form of Annex A hereto.
