Common use of Delivery of Chattel Paper Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Chattel Paper. The Secured Party may at any time or from time to time, at its sole reasonable discretion, require the Debtors to cause any chattel paper included in the Customer Receivables to be delivered to the Secured Party or any agent or representative designated by it, or to cause a legend referring to the Security Interests to be placed on such chattel paper and upon any ledgers or other records concerning the Customer Receivables.
