Delivery of Copies to Priority Lien Representatives. The Company will deliver to each Priority Lien Representative a copy of each Officers’ Certificate delivered to the Collateral Trustee pursuant to Section 4.1(b), together with copies of all documents delivered to the Collateral Trustee with such Officers’ Certificate and final (executed, if applicable) versions of such documents. The Priority Lien Representatives will not be obligated to take notice thereof or to act thereon.
