Delivery of Deed of Easement. In order to evidence the sale of all of the Development Rights in the Land to the County, the Seller shall execute and deliver the Deed of Easement to the County on the Closing Date. The Deed of Easement shall be recorded among the Land Records of Harford County, Maryland on or about the Closing Date as determined by the County.
Delivery of Deed of Easement. In order to evidence the sale of all of 32 the Development Rights and Family Conveyances in the Land to the County, the Seller shall 33 execute and deliver the Deed of Easement to the County on the Closing Date. The Deed of 34 Easement shall be recorded among the Land Records of Harford County, Maryland on or about 35 the Closing Date as determined by the County.
Delivery of Deed of Easement. In order to evidence the sale of the Development Rights to the County, the Seller shall execute and deliver to the County on the Closing Date the Deed of Easement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. The Deed of Easement shall be recorded among the Land Records of Xxxxxx County, Maryland.
