Common use of Delivery of Final Terms Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Final Terms. The Fiscal Agent shall on behalf of the Issuer, where the relevant Notes are to be admitted to listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, deliver a copy of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the listing agent for submission to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as soon as practicable but in any event not later than two Luxembourg business days prior to the proposed issue date therefor.

Delivery of Final Terms. The Fiscal Agent shall on behalf of the Issuer, where the relevant Notes are to be admitted to listing trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, deliver a copy of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the listing agent for submission to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as soon as practicable but in any event not later than 12:00 (noon) (Luxembourg time) on the day which is two Luxembourg business days prior to the proposed issue date therefor.

The Fiscal Agent shall on behalf of the IssuerIssuer deliver a copy of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the CSSF and, where the relevant Notes are to be admitted to listing trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, deliver a copy of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the listing agent for submission to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as soon as practicable but in any event not later than 12:00 (noon) (Luxembourg time) on the day which is two Luxembourg business days prior to the proposed issue date therefor.

The Fiscal Agent shall on behalf of the Issuer, subject to the Procedures Memorandum, submit to the relevant authority or authorities including, where the relevant Notes are to be admitted to listing trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, deliver a copy of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the listing agent for submission to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, such number of copies of each Final Terms which relates to Notes which are to be listed as the relevant authority or authorities may require which in the case of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange shall be submitted as soon as practicable but in any event not no later than two 12pm (Luxembourg time) on the day which is one Luxembourg business days day prior to the proposed issue date therefor.
