Delivery of Instruments and Chattel Paper. If an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing and if any amount payable under or in connection with any of the Collateral owned by such Grantor shall be or become evidenced by any promissory note, other instrument or chattel paper, upon the request of the Collateral Agent, such promissory note, instrument or chattel paper shall, to the extent not already delivered under another Loan Document, be immediately delivered to the Collateral Agent, duly endorsed in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, to be held as Collateral pursuant to this Agreement.
