Common use of Delivery of Letters Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Letters. A copy of a letter of instruction or written reprimand will be hand delivered to the employee by the management representative responsible for that reprimand. The employee’s signature indicates receipt only, not agreement with the content of this letter. If any employee who is to receive a letter of instruction or written reprimand is absent from work or cannot be located, a copy will be mailed to his/her last known address by certified mail, return receipt requested.
