Delivery of Notices and Other Documents. The failure by Tenant to deliver any of the notices or other documents required to be delivered to Landlord under this Lease, in each case within the time periods required herein (other than any such notices or other documents specifically addressed in another clause of this Section 15.01, for which Tenant will have the grace periods (if any) and notice rights (if any) set forth in such other clause); provided, however, that if no time period is stated in this Lease for the delivery by Tenant of any notice or other document to Landlord, then Tenant shall have a grace period of ten (10) Business Days after the date of the event or occurrence first giving rise to the obligation to deliver such notice or other document to Landlord.

Delivery of Notices and Other Documents. The failure by Tenant to deliver any of the notices or other documents required to be delivered to Landlord under this Lease, or the notice to any lender with a security interest in any of the Restaurant Equipment required in Article 21, or the notice to any equipment lessor that owns any of the Restaurant Equipment required in Article 21, in each case within the time periods required herein (other than any such notices or other documents addressed in another clause of this Section 15.01, for which Tenant will have the grace periods (if any) and notice rights (if any) set forth in such other clause), provided, however, that if no time period is stated in this Lease for the delivery by Tenant of any notice or other document to Landlord, then Tenant shall have a grace period of fifteen (15) days after the date of the event or occurrence first giving rise to the obligation to deliver such notice or other document to Landlord.

  • Notices and Other Communications Any and all notices, statements, demands or other communications hereunder may be given by a party to the other by mail, facsimile, telegraph, messenger or otherwise to the address specified in Annex II hereto, or so sent to such party at any other place specified in a notice of change of address hereafter received by the other.   • Submission of Reports and Other Documents Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch.
