Delivery of Records If the Global Agent resigns or its appointment is terminated, it shall, on the date on which the resignation or termination takes effect, forward to any new agent any amount held by it for payment in respect of the Notes and deliver to such new agent the records kept by it and all Notes and other records necessary for the administration of and performance of its duties with respect to the Notes held by it pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, that the Global Agent may retain a copy of such records in order to comply with any applicable law, rule or regulation or its own document retention policies.
Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.
Educational Records Educational Records are official records, files and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to, records encompassing all the material kept in the student’s cumulative folder, such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement, and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols and individualized education programs. For purposes of this DPA, Educational Records are referred to as Student Data. Delivery of Books and Records Borrower will keep and maintain at all times at the Mortgaged Property or the Property Manager’s office, and upon Lender’s request will make available at the Mortgaged Property (or, at Borrower’s option, at the Property Manager’s office), complete and accurate books of account and records (including copies of supporting bills and invoices) adequate to reflect correctly the operation of the Mortgaged Property, in accordance with GAAP consistently applied (or such other method which is reasonably acceptable to Lender), and copies of all written contracts, Leases, and other instruments which affect the Mortgaged Property. The books, records, contracts, Leases and other instruments will be subject to examination and inspection by Lender at any reasonable time.
Criminal Records Bureau Checks The Academy shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003 (as amended) in relation to carrying out enhanced criminal records checks, obtaining enhanced criminal records certificates and making any further checks, as required and appropriate for members of staff, supply staff, individual Governors and the Chair of the Governing Body.
Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the
(a) The name of each taxpayer allocated a Credit;
(b) The estimated amount of the Investment by each taxpayer;
(c) The estimated number of jobs created or retained;
(d) The Credit allocated to each taxpayer; and,
(e) The portion of the Credit recaptured from each taxpayer, if applicable.
Delivery of Reports The Depository shall furnish to Holders of Receipts any reports and communications received from the Corporation which are received by the Depository, as the holder of the Stock, and which the Corporation is required to furnish to the holders of the Stock.
Delivery of Servicing Records The Seller shall forward to the Purchaser, or its designee, all servicing records and the Servicing File in the Seller's possession relating to each related Mortgage Loan including the information enumerated in the Interim Servicing Agreement (with respect to each such Mortgage Loan, for an interim period, as specified therein).
Inspection of Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are both received by the Depositary as the holder of deposited Preferred Stock and made generally available to the holders of the Preferred Stock. In addition, the Depositary shall transmit certain notices and reports to the holders of Receipts as provided in Section 5.05.
Location of Records The offices where the initial Servicer keeps all of its records relating to the servicing of the Pool Receivables are located at Xxx XXX Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000.
